We provide seasonal snow removal for our clients on a monthly contract or per visit billing cycle. Our contracts include the removal of snow from all sidewalks on any trace amount. Our crews come equipped with snow sweepers for those high pedestrian areas where the snow gets packed down and is hard to blow or shovel.
We have a variety of snowblowers to clear the snow in a timely fashion on heavy snowfall days. In addition, we de-ice any slippery spots and make sidewalks safe, providing weekly site checks to ensure no ice has accumulated from melting snowbanks or downspouts.

SNOW PLOWING AND SALTING FOR COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS
Snow plowing and salting services for commercial/condo roadways, parking lots, and acreages. We have plow trucks and bobcat skid steers to clear the site quickly and efficiently. Most of our clients are on monthly contracts, but we offer an on-call basis. Most contracts are for 2″ or more snowfalls, but some clients request plowing on a 1″ trigger.
After clearing the site, we send our salt truck to lay down a thin layer of pickle mix: a salt/rock chip mixture to give traction and help melt the ice in the parking lot. If the snowbanks in the lot are taking up too much space, we have options available to haul out snow.
If there is much snow to clear up valuable parking space, we have tandem dump trucks and trucks with a pup trailer to haul it away.
Without a professional snow removal service, the property could be inaccessible, and business may be lost because clients cannot reach the front door.

SUMMER LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Once spring hits, it is time to get the green space looking as good as new with our summer landscape maintenance program.
We start a spring clean-up by sweeping any parking lots or roadways clean of debris and pickle chips. Next, we clean lawn areas of pickle chips and aerate to alleviate compaction from the snow, allowing the roots to absorb nutrients.
Pruning shrubs helps maintain a compact shape and promotes new healthy growth. We pick up any leaves that fell when snow was on the ground and get everything looking neat before our lawn cutting season begins.
Our weekly lawn cutting schedule runs for about five months, depending upon the weather. This schedule includes weekly cuts, trims, and clean-ups. We also cultivate, edge, fertilize and perform weed control for lawns and gardens as per contract or on-call. When the leaves start to change colour, we prepare for winter. Perennials whose blooms are past care cut back. Trees care pruned, and fall clean-up concludes the growing season.
